This page explains how to request deletion of your Imagine account and associated personal data. The developer listed on Google Play for Imagine is Digital Native.

Deletion is processed after we verify your request. If you use Google Play subscriptions, you may still need to cancel your subscription in the Play Store so billing stops — account deletion in the app does not always cancel store subscriptions automatically.

Steps to request account deletion

Recommended — from the Imagine app:

  1. Open the Imagine app on your device and make sure you are signed in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (your avatar and account info).
  3. Scroll to Privacy & data and tap Delete account & data…
  4. Read the warning, then tap Continue if you want to proceed.
  5. Your device will open an email with a pre-filled message to contact@digitalnative.vip. Send that email to complete your request. (If your app version supports automatic server deletion, you may be signed out immediately instead — you will see a confirmation in the app.)

Alternative — email only (no app access):

  1. Send an email to contact@digitalnative.vip with the subject line: Imagine — Account & data deletion request.
  2. Include the email address you used to sign in with Google (if you remember it) and any user ID or screenshots from the app that help us identify your account.

What we delete or stop using

After we process a valid request, we aim to remove or anonymize the following tied to your account, where technically and legally possible:

Content & activityUser-generated content and activity stored in our services for your account (e.g. prompts, generations, publish/follow data) — deleted or anonymized so it is no longer associated with you.
Subscriptions (RevenueCat / stores)Purchase identifiers may be disassociated from your account as part of cleanup. Google Play (or Apple) may retain billing records under their own policies.

What may be kept (and for how long)

  • Legal & fraud prevention: We may retain certain information for a limited time where required by law, regulation, tax, or to resolve disputes and enforce our terms (for example, aggregated or minimal records of transactions).
  • Backups: Residual copies in encrypted backups may persist for a limited retention period (typically up to 90 days) before rolling off, even after deletion from live systems.
  • Third parties: Providers such as Google (sign-in), Supabase, RevenueCat, AppLovin, or payment processors may hold data under their own retention rules. We request deletion or disassociation where we control the integration.
  • Anonymized data: We may keep statistics that do not identify you.

How long until my request is processed?

We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and to complete deletion or anonymization within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or exceptional circumstances (we will explain if so).
